We’re Apex Electrical and Building Materials L.L.C
Apex Electrical & Building Materials was promoted on May 17, 2010 as a local company with a capital of RO 51,000/-. Subsequently converted to a local grade one LLC company with an increased capital base of Rs. 150,000/- in May 2011. After that, the company is converted to an LLC with 70% foreign participation. The promoters are as follows:
1. Mr. Fahad Abdullah Khalfan Al Bulushi, Chairman Mr. Fahad has been associated as a public relations officer with M/S. Oman Trading Establishment for the past 24 years and has wide experience in HRD and general administration.
2.Mr. Chetan Madhusudan Jani – Managing Director Mr. Chetan Jani was associated with M/S. Xpert Trading Establishment LLC for more than a decade in capacity of general manager. He also has more than 15 years of experience in the field of finance and accounts. In past worked with M/S. Abou Nabil Est. LLC and Al Turki Enterprises LLC. Having a more than 28years experience of Oman market.
3.Mr. Jigar Ramanbhai Patel, Director In Oman for the past 8 years, looks after administration and marketing of building materials. A qualified BDS (dental surgeon) from Nasik, India, and a business family from the "Patel" community with business interests in the fields of estate, construction, and fuel stations in India.
4. Mr. Bhavin Mukeshbhai Patel, Director A qualified Electrical engineer and having business interests in the fields of education and estate in India. Coming from the business community of Patel"

Since all our materials are coming directly from overseas manufacturers, we have an advantage in terms of margin compared to other traders who bring materials from Dubai suppliers. Also, after a year of marketing performance, most of our suppliers have promised to make an agency agreement for a sole distributor in the Oman market. This will create a sort of monopoly for that particular range of products. We are also in the negotiating stage for some of our European-manufactured products, which already have PDO and MOD approval. Once that is finalized, it will open a bigger horizon for our line of business. Also, looking at the progressive outlook of the Oman economy and the projects coming in the fields of infrastructure, the overall scenario is very encouraging for our products.
